REFUNDS AND NONREFUNDABLE TICKETS
Unused air tickets MAY equal cash. If you don't use your ticket, return it to Caldwell Travel. We will verify the value of refundable tickets and credit the remaining balance, or hold nonrefundable tickets for use on a future flight.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Scheduled carriers allow free baggage on a weight and piece system. Each individual airline has their own maximum dimension and weight requirements. For this reason, please check with the airline ticket agent for specifics.
RECONFIRMATION
Verify your flight at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. To reconfirm, simply advise your airline by telephone or in person.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
All airlines require a minimum of two hours check-in time for International travel. IF you have not checked in by that time, your seat may be given away to another passenger.
CONNECTION INFORMATION
Check your baggage tickets to make certain that your luggage has been checked through to your final destination. Go directly to your connecting flight.
CHANGE OF ITINERARY ENROUTE
Your airfare is based on the itinerary as shown on your ticket. In the event that you change this routing, your airfare may also change. You must consult with the airline involved to determine your exact rate.
LOCAL TAXES
Airport Tax and Embarkation Tax is collected in some countries. Check before departure.
